Shipping Policy

Online return policy

We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to return something, you may do so, provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging. All returns must be packed with the original dispatch note. If your order is missing paperwork or was packed into more than one box and you would like to return your whole order, please contact our Virgin Support Team. Please note, we're unable to process exchanges.

You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund.

Please note: if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists, you will need to arrange your return with them directly.

Store return policy.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return something you may do so within 28 days with a valid receipt, provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging. Items purchased in store can only be returned to one of our retail locations and cannot be returned to our warehouse.

Small item return

For small items such as textiles, table lamps, tableware, and accessories, we include a DPD free returns label inside all our UK mainland orders. Simply attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and take your return to any DPD Drop Off Point.

For our customers outside of the UK, we do not offer a free returns service, so we ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier.

Please note that Virgin Home cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.

Large item return

For our UK mainland customers, we can assist with organising your return for large items such as dining tables, dressers, large lighting, beds, rugs, and sofas with our shipping partner, Duo. This service is charged at £99.95 (members: £49.95) and will be deducted from your overall refund amount.

Please contact our Virgin Support team with your order number and reason for return, and we can help arrange your collection.

For our customers outside of the UK mainland, we do not offer a collection service, so we ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier.

Your goods must be in their original packaging (including labels, and unassembled) and in adherence with our return policy.
